I love a good 3-ingredient recipe that has multiple purposes! You can put this on toast, in yogurt, in overnight oats, and so much more!
EVERYTHING YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE THis 3 ingredient mango jam
- Mangos: they do not require any additional sugar added to them because they are already naturally very sweet!
- Cinnamon Stick & Cloves: add body and flavor to the jam
3 Ingredient Mango Jam
Mango jam is my jam! I know that's cringy but sometimes your day just needs a corny joke….so you're welcome! 😉
Ingredients
- 2 mangos, chopped can either be frozen or fresh
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
Instructions
- Simmer your mangos on medium low heat until they begin to soften up. Continue stirring or they will stick to the pan.
- Once soft, add in your cinnamon stick and cloves and mix into your jam. Then remove from heat and give time to let the flavors infuse. Stir occasionally during this process.
- Once cooled, put in a jar or eat immediately!
