These pickles make great snacks, sandwich additions, or a way to preserving cucumbers you don’t want to go bad before you eat them!
EVERYTHING YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE these pickles
- Cucumber: preferably an English seedless cucumber
- White Vinegar: the onions will absorb the flavor from this, which is where it gets that tangy punch from.
- Honey: just a lil to make it not too sour.
- Salt: acts as a preservative by inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria, yeasts, and molds. Additionally, salt draws out moisture from the food, which helps to firm its texture and maintain its crispness.
- Spices: add flavor to the pickles while they are marinating.
