Chicken broth is packed with essential nutrients such as collagen and amino acids which help promote healthy digestion, joint health, and immune function!
EVERYTHING YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE THIS CHICKEN BROTH
- Chicken carcass: this provides the rich flavors for the chicken broth, as well as essential nutrients! We use the carcass from our $5 costco chickens!
- Onion: rich in vitamin B and antioxidants, onions are known for their ability to fight inflammation! Plus onions provide a ton of flavor, which makes sense because they’re in the same family as garlic.
- Carrots: Carrots provide a sweetness to any dish and are full of vitamins (A, K, and C) and minerals.
- Spices & Herbs: add favor complexity to your broth.
