You’re going to LOVE how simple these are! In fact, you probably have everything on hand already (don’t cha just love when that happens)!
Everything you’ll need to make these delicious biscuits
- All Purpose Flour: makes biscuits texture soft!
- Whole Wheat flour: gives the biscuits some fiber which I personally love adding in because I think the biscuits taste just as good with it and it provides a benefit of not spiking our blood glucose levels as quickly when mixed with all-purpose flour! However, if you want to you can substitute this for all purpose flour.
- Baking Staples: don’t forget the baking powder and salt. These are gonna help our biscuits to rise!
- Butter: every good biscuit involves butter, plus believe it or not it is actually a healthy fat! Butter is high in fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, E, and K. Vitamin K is an essential nutrient for helping the body absorb calcium!
- Milk: helps bind everything together. Feel free to use any milk you’d like to!
