EVERYTHING YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE spicy tuna rice
- Canned Tuna: this is such an easy staple for my husband and I to have on hand almost at all times! It’s ready to go in a pinch which makes this recipe so quick to pull together! Plus Tuna is high in protein and is very healthy!
- Sesame Oil: provides a distinct and strong nutty taste to the dish.
- Siracha: brings the heat to this dish!
- Yogurt: I use this instead of mayo for this dish. I actually used to make it with half mayo and half yogurt, but my husband actually prefers it with all yogurt.
- Kimchi: add that crunchy, spiced texture

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained *packed in water
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp siracha
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or whole yogurt
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- brown rice
Toppings (optional)
- furikake
- sesame seeds
- green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Mix tuna, sesame oil, siracha, yogurt and kimchi in a bowl. Place on top of rice and sprinkle with optional toppings!
