spicy tuna rice
One of my husband's favorite quick meals is this Spicy Tuna Rice! It is so simple and delicious!!

tuna, drained *packed in water

sesame oil

siracha

cup
plain greek yogurt or whole yogurt
1/2
cup
kimchi, chopped
brown rice
Toppings (optional)
furikake
sesame seeds
green onion, sliced
Instructions
Mix tuna, sesame oil, siracha, yogurt and kimchi in a bowl. Place on top of rice and sprinkle with optional toppings!
