spicy tuna rice

One of my husband's favorite quick meals is this Spicy Tuna Rice! It is so simple and delicious!!

Ingredients  

  • 2 cans tuna, drained *packed in water
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp siracha
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or whole yogurt
  • 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
  • brown rice

Toppings (optional)

  • furikake
  • sesame seeds
  • green onion, sliced

Instructions 

  • Mix tuna, sesame oil, siracha, yogurt and kimchi in a bowl. Place on top of rice and sprinkle with optional toppings!
