These crispy rosemary air fryer potatoes are a delicious addition to any meal, offering the perfect balance of texture and flavor while being a healthier alternative to the traditional fried potatoes.

1Tbspolive oil
1Tbsprosemary, finely ground
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
Instructions
Chop your potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Soak them in water for 10 minutes.
While your potatoes are soaking, grind up your rosemary and preheat your air fryer to 400F for 18-20 minutes.
Drain the water from your potatoes and dry them out on a towel. Then put them into a medium size bowl.
Add your olive oil, rosemary, salt and black pepper to your potatoes.
Once your air fryer has reached temperature, pour in your potatoes. Try to not overcrowd your air fryer because overcrowding prevents them from getting crispy.
Once done, feel free to season with additional salt and pepper to your taste! Enjoy!
