Ingredients  

Dry

  • 2 cup almond flour, packed
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet

  • 1.5 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar optional

Mix-Ins

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut + additional for topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup goji berries

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8"x8" brownie pan.
  • Combine your almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine your milk, honey, butter, vanilla and apple cider vinegar (if using).
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in your coconut, chocolate chips and goji berries. Then pour your batter into the greased brownie pan and top with additional coconut.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden on top. Top with ice cream and enjoy!
