Welcome to the newest member of your morning ritual...the Mint Americano! Seriously so refreshing and simple! My husband and I had this in Korea and it had us day dreaming about it the rest of the trip!
Take hot water and pour it over a few mint leaves. This will steep while you brew your espresso. I steep ours in about 1/3 cup of hot water but the amount of water you choose to steep it in will affect it's taste, so feel free to play around with it!
Brew your espresso. Then put a lot of ice in a glass and pour your mint tea, followed by your espresso and then add water as desired.
