Pickled Red Onion
My husband and I love pickled red onions because they add flavor to any dish!

red onion, sliced thinly

white vinegar

water

honey

salt
Instructions
Microwave your water for about 30 seconds.
Then add your white vinegar, honey and salt to your water mixture.
Add your red onions to a jar and then pour your vinegar mixture over it. Stores in the fridge for 1 week.
