Pickled Red Onion

My husband and I love pickled red onions because they add flavor to any dish!
Course Sides

Ingredients  

  • 1 red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Microwave your water for about 30 seconds.
  • Then add your white vinegar, honey and salt to your water mixture.
  • Add your red onions to a jar and then pour your vinegar mixture over it. Stores in the fridge for 1 week.
