Simple Marinara
What makes this sauce unique is that I add in some Worcestershire sauce and it adds SO much flavor that you won't want to miss that step!

olive oil

pints cherry tomatoes
salt
pepper

garlic cloves, minced

red pepper flakes

Worcestershire sauce
pasta water
Toppings (optional)
basil, sliced
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Turn a pan on high heat. Add in your olive oil.
When hot, add your cherry tomatoes (the goal is to give em a lil char)
Add salt and pepper and garlic.
To help the tomatoes burst, add some water, reduce heat to low and cover for a few minutes.
Once they have burst, press on them to squeeze out the rest of the juice.
Add in your red pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce and simmer.
Taste and add pasta water and cover, turn on low for a few minutes.
Top with sliced basil and parmesan cheese.
